Assistant Account Manager / Account Manager (Project Management)

Responsibilities 

• Pitching: Prepare and design engaging presentation decks to effectively pitch ideas and proposals to clients.
  Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information and ensure presentations align with client needs.
• Maintain an engaging relationship with clients and agencies.  Work closely with clients to launch brand campaigns and conversion-base projects in our channels.
• Client Servicing: Have the sensitivity to understand clients’ marketing needs and be able to propose suitable solutions.  Able to grow a client and build client relationship for continuous revenue streams.
• Project Management: Manage clients’ projects including defining deliverables, schedule and setting milestones, resources planning, coordinating internal resources, expectation management, launch, KPI tracking and post-campaign evaluation, etc. 

Requirements 

• 3+ years experience in client servicing. Knowledge on food and lifestyle brands, either agency side or in-house digital marketing will be an advantage.  
• Good project management skills, able to well handle different parties, solve conflicts, and coordinate under tight deadlines.
• Good presentation skill.  Able to develop and deliver a strategic pitch.  Good communication skills in both English and Chinese.
• Strong interpersonal skills that are able to work well with clients, media agencies and creative content teams. 
• Self-motivated showing strong sense of ownership and able to work under pressure.
