Assistant Accountant / Accountant

Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily accounting operations, including settlement of receivables, preparation of debit notes, payments and journals and handling telephone enquires;
• Handle full set of accounts including bank reconciliation, general ledger, accounts receivable and payable, etc.;
• Prepare monthly building management accounts with schedules;
• Participate in other ad-hoc assignment

Requirements

• Diploma in Accounting or LCC Higher;
• 5 – 6 years’ relevant experience in handling full set account of building management, experience in using Oracle accounting system preferable;
• Willing to learn and work hard, responsible and able to work independently;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
