Job Description

Job Duties:

  • Perform daily accounts and book keeping tasks
  • Assist in month-end closing and prepare breakdown
  • Prepare AR reconciliations and monthly statements
  • Prepare cheque payment, AP and bank reconciliations
  • Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records
  • Assist in annual audit and tax filing
  •  Perform ad-hoc duties as required

Requirement:
 

  • Diploma or above
  • Minimum 3 years relevant working experience
  • Experienced in Multiable / FlexSystem / MYOB is a definite advantage
  • Proficient in MS Excel and Word applications
  • Independent, responsible and work under pressure
  • Fair in both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Immediate available is preferred

Employment Terms:

  • 5.5 days work with alternate Sat, bank holiday
  • Double pay and bonus
  • Working location: Lai Chi Kok (near MTR exit)
