Assistant Accountant/ Accounting Officer

Responsibilities

• Accountable for supporting month end closing and full set of accounts for various entities.
• Participate in Month End Financial reports preparation within tight report deadlines
• Assist to prepare financial analysis and scenario evaluation
• Facilitate financial audit and tax filing.
• Prepare the budget and forecast and various finance report
• Handle accounts payable function and assist in daily accounting and treasury operations.
• Liaise with bank.
• Provide support to the team and any other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma or above, preferable in accounting or related disciplines with 3 years+.
• 0-3 years of experience in accounting, Fresh Graduate maybe considered as Accounting Officer.
• Relevant experience in shipowner company is preferred.
• Good commend of spoken and written English, Chinese (including Mandarin)
• Proficient in Excel and experienced in using SAP\Jiuqi system is a definite advantage.
• Immediate availability is preferable
