We digitally upgrade retail journeys (retail stores, petrol stations, vending machines, kiosks etc.) and allow consumers to complete valuable advertising actions for immediate incentives, creating a win-win-win eco-system between advertisers, retailers and consumers.

THE ROLE

• Manage the Accounts Receivable cycle, issue invoices, credit notes, and process bank deposits.
• Handle debt collection processes, including reminders, collections, and potential legal actions.
• Provide guidance on payment arrangements and expense categorization, supervise junior staff on routine duties.
• Prepare accounting vouchers to document financial transactions accurately.
• Review and confirm supplier statements to identify and clarify discrepancies.
• Oversee cash flow management, ensure accurate bank reconciliations. Manage banking transactions and other treasury functions.
• Reconcile intercompany transactions during month-end closings, execute month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Prepare monthly balance sheet schedules and analytical reports for management review, compile management reports and financial statements.
• Maintain fixed asset records and controls.
• Assist in financial reports preparation and ad-hoc reporting.
• Liaise with external auditors for the preparation of annual audit reports.
• Collaborate with the IT Team for preparation of data reports and other internal parties to provide a comprehensive range of accounting services.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Higher Diploma in Accounting or related disciplines.
• 4-5 years of experience in full-set accounting & reporting; Hands-on accounting operations experience.
• Sound knowledge of accounting principles and standards.
• Proficiency in accounting software and advanced in Microsoft Excel.
• Mature, positive with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Good team player, able to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
• Good communication skills in both English and Chinese (Mandarin).
• Immediate availability would be an added advantage.
• Candidate with less experience will be considered for the position of Accounting Officer.
