Assistant Accounting Officer (HK$6000 New Joiner Incentive)

To support Finance & Accounting Operation:

• Prepare vouchers and support Funding programs
• Provide and support in account receivables and CAPEX
• Perform detailed financial analysis and account reconciliations
• Assist in month end and year end closing matters and reconciliation
• Perform fixed assets spot check
• Support to Senior Accounting Officer as and when required
• Other clerical duties including filing, copy and edoc etc.
• Perform ad hoc assignments as and when required

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or relevant disciplines
• Minimum 2 years accounting and financial analysis experience gained in sizable accounting operation / multinational organization
• Able to work under pressure, and commit to reporting deadlines
• Detailed-oriented, independent, and with strong sense of responsibilities
• Well-organized, and good team player with the ability to work with parities from different levels
• Self-motivated and independent with high integrity
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Practical knowledge and experience in SAP is an advantage.
