Job Description

Responsible for handling departmental administration work to ensure smooth operations, managing procurement documentation, assisting in compliance with ISO & AEO standards and supporting the implementation of best practices within the department.

  • Higher Diploma or above in administration, purchasing, or related disciplines.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in material control, procurement, and administrative management within the manufacturing sector.
  • Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14000, and AEO standards.
  • Proven experience in managing supplier contracts and utilizing various procurement systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in both English and Chinese.
