Assistant Building Surveyor (5 days work)

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Carry out site inspection and provide professional advice for maintenance and repair works and upgrading works to comply latest statutory requirements.
• handling fit-out works, repair and refurbishment projects, preparing statutory submission and tender documents, monitoring contractors' works, and assisting in preparation and implementation of planned maintenance schedules for building fabric/structure and plumbing / drainage services.
• Coordinate with various parties for the arrangement of maintenance and repair works.
• Perform contract management to monitor the works progress and to ensure the works are completed timely, with quality and within budget.
• Prepare weekly progress report.

• Associate Degree/Degree holder in Building Studies/ Building Surveying preferred
• Min. 2 years working experience in Building Consultant or Construction field
• Ability to track & monitor projects
• Independent Correspondence in Chinese and English
• Well versed in working details, CAD and contract administration of building developments
• Familiar with MS Office, Chinese Work Processing, PowerPoint
• Responsible, self-motivated and hard working
