Assistant Engineer – Electrical / HVAC / BS / Mechanical / P&D / Fire

Responsibilities:

• Assist Service Manager in tender preparation, tender analysis, price negotiation and budget control
• Co-ordinate with clients, main-contractors and subcontractors for maintenance, repair and overhaul services
• Prepare drawings, equipment submission and other method statements
• Prepare operation and maintenance manual as required by contract
• Resolve ad hoc sire matters and site coordination

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Building Services / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• 1 years’ relevant experience in participation of E&M / Building Services / Maintenance / A&A contracts
• Good command of both English and Chinese
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, independent and able to work under pressure
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
• Fresh graduated will be considered
