Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Execute day-to-day engineering work, supervise work progress, and coordinate various activities at construction projects.
- Oversee and supervise the installation of building systems and operating procedures.
- Perform site coordination work with sub-contractors, suppliers, and government departments.
- Assist in preparing technical reports and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Work Location: HK Island or Lamma Power Station
Requirements:
- Degree or Higher Diploma holder in Building Services / Electrical Engineering disciplines or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of solid site working experience in building services / electrical installation.
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel), scheduling appointments, and updating calendars.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Benefits and Package:
- 12-month Contract with gratuity
- Working Hour: 8:45 a.m. – 5:50 p.m. with a lunch break from 12:45 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.
- Working Days: 5 days a week (Monday to Friday)
- 13 days Annual Leave
- Overtime: Working on Saturdays and Public Holidays may be required to suit site work progress. Time off will be compensated for overtime work.
