Assistant Finance Manager (HK & Macau Retail)

Responsibilities:
 

• Responsible for all the finance related matters for Retail sector. Work closely with HQ's Finance Department and Local Retail Team to ensure the accuracy of accounting information
• Responsible for AR & AP, Shop P&L, expense reimbursement, and approval of contracts, and give early warning and follow-up on daily financial risk issues
• Review various reports and provide financial analysis and suggestions for local business operations
• Assist Business Managers to monitor the company's business processes and ensure internal and external audit risks
• Prepare budgets and track the progress of various indicators, regularly issue performance reports and data analysis
• Participate in the evaluation and calculation of store opening, closing, renewal, and modification
• Maintain a good relationship with internal and external parties to avoid corporate tax risks, operational risks, capital risks, etc.

Requirements:
 

• A university degree in Accounting or Business related field
• Qualified Accountant, Hands-on experience on SAP application
• At least 5 years of relevant experience, at least 3 years in Finance Management
• Strong problem solving and communication skills, cooperate with teams and stakeholders to achieve company goals
• Experience from Retail/FMCG is highly preferred
