Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the day-to-day all round HR & Administration operations including recruitment, payroll and MPF administration
  • Maintain data integrity of HRIS as well as proper HR records
  • Collect and analyze information on latest human resources practices; assist in the formulation and implementation of HR policies and practices
  • Plan and organize timely and accurate preparation of HR regulatory reports
  • Assist in the formulation of staff relations programs to build up company values and strengthen management-employee relationship, including employee communication
  • Review and enhance the performance management system to differentiate performance levels to drive, identify and reward the performance
  • Review HR & administration guidelines, procedures and recommend improvements
  • Assist in the ad-hoc projects delegated by supervisor
     

Requirements

  • Degree holder, major in Human Resources Management preferred
  • Over 6 years experience in HR Generalist role with at least 3 years’ supervisory experience
  • Experience in setting up and managing HRIS will be highly regarded
  • Well versed in employment ordinances, taxation, MPF and other legal regulations
  • Strategic and hands-on, with the ability to develop and execute HR strategy and operations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese, knowledge in Putonghua is preferred
  • Strong sense of responsibility with proven ability to work under pressure
  • Able to handle multi-task, capable of working independently as well as collaboratively with a team
  • Details oriented, strong in managing numerical data and reports
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational and problem solving skills
  • Immediate available is preferred
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as Manager
