Assistant Human Resources Manager

Here’s the opportunity for you:

• Collaborate with the HR vendor to implement and launch the new HR system.
• Serve as the main point of contact between the company and the vendor throughout the implementation process.
• Conduct testing and quality assurance of the HR system to ensure accuracy and functionality.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for system-related issues, working closely with the HR vendor as needed. 
• Work closely with stakeholders from various departments to gather requirements and translate them into system functionalities.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR systems and technology.
• Conducting market research and analysis to ensure competitive compensation and benefits packages.
• Developing and maintaining HR policies and procedures.
• Handling employee inquiries and providing guidance on compensation and benefits matters.
• Managing performance appraisal processes and recommending appropriate compensation adjustments.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits.
• Providing guidance and support during the recruitment and onboarding process 

Are you ready for the opportunity? 

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field. 
• Proven experience in HR system implementation and working with HR vendors
• Strong understanding of HR processes and workflows.
• Proficiency in project management principles and methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
• Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing requirements.
• Knowledge of HR compliance and data security regulations. 
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Human Resources Officer
