Responsibilities
- Support a wide range of corporate finance activities
- Perform market research for potential investment opportunities and projects
- Handle ad hoc projects assigned by management
Requirements:
- University graduate in Finance / Accountancy
- Professional qualification in Finance / Accountancy, preferably CFA and / or CPA
- 2-5 years relevant working experience, preferably in professional firm and / or listed company
- Previous experience in corporate finance transactions, market and business analysis, financial modelling and direct investment will be an advantage
- Holder of SFC license (type 1,4 & 9) or equivalent is a plus
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- A self-starter, meticulous and detail-oriented
- Good inter-personal and communication skills
- Immediately available is an advantage
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as Manager – Corporate Finance
