Job Description

Responsibilities 

  • Support a wide range of corporate finance activities
  • Perform market research for potential investment opportunities and projects
  • Handle ad hoc projects assigned by management

 

Requirements: 

  • University graduate in Finance / Accountancy
  • Professional qualification in Finance / Accountancy, preferably CFA and / or CPA
  • 2-5 years relevant working experience, preferably in professional firm and / or listed company
  • Previous experience in corporate finance transactions, market and business analysis, financial modelling and direct investment will be an advantage
  • Holder of SFC license (type 1,4 & 9) or equivalent is a plus
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • A self-starter, meticulous and detail-oriented
  • Good inter-personal and communication skills
  • Immediately available is an advantage 
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as Manager – Corporate Finance
