Assistant Manager / Manager, Digital Performance

Major Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital performance strategies, leveraging competitive research, platform selection, benchmarking, and audience identification to optimize campaign outcomes
• Lead the Business Development Operations team, managing daily advertising operations, including advertorials, display banner ads, and social media campaigns (include but not limited to Facebook, Instagram)
• Monitor, analyze, and report on digital media performance, consolidating data from multiple channels and providing actionable recommendations to enhance campaign effectiveness and meet client goals
• Analyze campaign performance using both internal and external data, identifying key opportunities to improve targeting, customer acquisition, and sales conversion, while continuously optimizing CPM and CPC campaigns for superior results
• Provide strategic insights and solutions to clients, assisting in the design and execution of effective promotion strategies to exceed campaign objectives and benchmarks, leveraging cross-publisher performance comparisons
• Collaborate across internal departments to manage brand reputation and coordinate efforts to maximize campaign impact and audience reach and continuous growth with new advertising format and performance
• Manage other ad hoc projects as assigned.
   

Job Requirements

• Bachelor Degree with BBA, Marketing, Creative Media, or related discipline is preferable
• Ability to use data analysis tools (including Google Analytics, Facebook Ad Manager, Crowtangle) will be an advantage
• Knowledge of HTML5 and Photoshop is a plus
• 4 years of experience in advertising or media industry is preferable
• Detail-oriented, adaptable to fast-paced work environment, strong interpersonal and presentation skills
• Passionate and knowledgeable about digital marketing and social media
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Proven knowledge of Facebook management, advertising and trend tracking
