Solutions Hub

Solutions Hub (SOL), one of the units under the core business of Co-creation, is an innovation lab that aims to explore the boundaryless solutions for any initiatives. We focus on identifying service gaps in key areas such as active aging and social inclusion, children and youth development and talent development and collaborating with different stakeholders to co-create impactful and viable solutions. We are now looking for the candidates with versatile skillsets in taking on diverse roles across multiple internal sub-teams.

Assistant Manager/ Project Manager (Ref No: HKCSS/008/2025)
Two-year renewable contract

Responsibilities:

  • Formulate strategies, manage and implement a variety of social innovation projects including but not limited to Care Food, youth empowerment, talent development and social awareness building
  • Direct and lead a team in project planning, task allocation, progress monitoring and goals fulfilment
  • Proactively establish partnerships with external parties, such as government, corporations, social service organizations, universities, and social enterprises;
  • Organize education and promotion activities such as training workshops, overseas study visits, incubation schemes, and community events;
  • Assist the team head in managing a broad range of administrative procedures and policies to enhance organizational efficiency and productivity
  • Coordinate with other internal departments including HR, Administration and Finance to streamline the operational processes and optimize workflow

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in any discipline, preferred in Social Work, Social Science, Business, or related fields;
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience, preferably in project management, and event organization with supervisory experience
  • Solid network with community organizations or social services is a plus
  • Mature, independent, detail-minded, multi-tasking, strong personal drive and sense of responsibility and excellent problem-solving skills
  • Excellent command in English and Chinese, both written and spoken
  • Highly motivated, attentive to detail, able to work independently, and a good team player.

 

5-day work per week. 15-day annual leave.
