ITRC has a mission to facilitate and enhance information and communication technology (ICT) application in the Social Service Sector. ITRC has been developing and implementing various ICT solutions for the Non-governmental Organizations (NGOs), and is one of the major solution suppliers in the Social Service Sector.

Assistant Manager, Service Unit of Sales Team (Ref No: HKCSS/064/2024)
One-year renewable contract

Responsibilities:

• Support the ITRC in the formulation of sales strategies and achieve business goals
• Implement marketing events and activities to promote IT solutions for NGOs
• Support product development, marketing initiatives, and supply chain management
• Communicate with suppliers and potential suppliers to negotiate special pricing, workflows, terms of reference, and renewal offers
• Follow up with customers regarding renewal processes and maintain strong customer relationships

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in business, marketing or computer related disciplines, and preferably with at least 2-year customer service/sales experience
• Positive mindset, self-motivated and strong passion to deliver results
• Good communication, presentation and inter-personal skills
• Sound knowledge in IT software and hardware products
• Good in both written and oral English and Chinese
• Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines

5-day work per week. 15-day annual leave.
