Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Creating and maintaining a comprehensive database that includes consumer information
• Conduct processing review and documents verification;
• Collaborate with the other teams and provide support to clients’ enquiries;
• Handle daily enquiries and complaints effectively and provide support to customer in order to solve or satisfy the customer’s issue or need
• Handle internal enquiries and collaborate with internal departments such as consolidating the feedback for system enhancement
• Manage transportation and maintenance tasks arrangement; and
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
• associate degree holder or equivalent in Business Administration, Business Management or equivalent;
• Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese;
• Team-player, great communication and interpersonal skills,;
• Detail-minded, self-motivated, able to work independently; and
• Sense of prioritizing work orders and meet deadlinesJob Function | |
