About ITSC: The ITSC is at the heart of our university's IT infrastructure, driving innovation and supporting learning, research, and administrative activities.
Role Overview: As an Assistant Officer, you will:
- Provide essential clerical and administrative support.
- Liaise with various university departments.
- Be an early adopter of new technologies and coordinate new campus-wide ITSC services.
- Update and maintain ITSC inventory records.
- Support procurement processes and arrange door access.
- Participate in operational support for service delivery, including user account services, telephone service applications, user training, and switchboard services.
What We're Looking For:
- At least 5 passes in HKCEE/HKDSE, including English and Chinese.
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
- A bachelor's degree or experience in educational institutions is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word-processing).
- Strong command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Putonghua).
- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks independently.

(Duration: 2 years, renewable)
Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits including annual leave, medical and dental benefits will be provided. A gratuity will be payable upon successful completion of contract.
