Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Assisting the Head of School and Programme Management Team in managing academic and student matters;
- To perform administrative duties in respect of one or more of the following areas:
- Programme related administration and academic support (e.g. student admissions, student services, student records activities and matters relating to programme operation);
- General administration and facilities management;
- To assist in drafting, editing, and preparing correspondences, proposal, reports, papers etc.;
- Maintaining effective day-to-day operation of the programmes such as student records, examinations, and participate in institution related events, graduation matters, course material and lectures preparation;
- Undertake committee work in various meetings, committees and boards;
- Experience in Quality Assurance & Accreditation process will be an advantage;
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the head of School.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of a Higher Diploma holder or professional qualification in related area;
- Minimum 1-1.5years of relevant experience in education industry is preferred;
- Fresh graduates are also welcomed;
- Good communication, interpersonal, organization and administrative skills;
- Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese;
- Self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented and capable in multi-tasking;
- Proficient in computer software applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
- Excellent proficiency in presentation of charts analysis and reports;
- Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines;
- Experience in working with students will be a definite advantage;
- Preference will be given to candidates who are immediately available &/or with short notice.
- Candidate with more experience will be considering as Programme Officer
