Assistant Project Manager (Exhibition)

We are hiring for the captioned position(s) and looking for detail-minded candidates who can work in a cross-disciplinary environment with us:

Main Job Responsibility:

• To execute exhibitions, events and other creative activities in the field of Arts & Technology or Arts & culture in Hong Kong
• Lead the project team to work closely with stakeholders for qualitative plannings and executions for the projects
• To liaise with all related parties for exhibition productions including Fitting-out contractors, AV suppliers
• To undertake project management skill, including budget control, scheduling, risk management and administrative skill to achieve the project milestones timely and maintain good relationship with stakeholders
• Support exhibition producers through the discovery and design process to arrive at a executable stage
• Add value through creative feedback and strategic insights through innovative approach for problem solving

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in project management. Previous experience in Museum or in the field of Arts & Technology would be an advantage
• Proven ability to manage medium to large scale exhibition projects with multimedia deliverables
• Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills in English and Cantonese (including Mandarin)
• Self-motivated in exploring new innovative solutions in a fast-paced environment
• Strong sense of responsibility and able to work independently
• Less experience will be considered as Assistant Project Manager
