Senior Programmer/ Assistant Project Manager

• Design, model, and texture high-quality 2D/3D assets optimized for Unity, ensuring alignment with the project’s artistic vision.

• Optimize assets for performance to deliver smooth, immersive VR experiences.

• Collaborate with designers, programmers, and project management team to seamlessly integrate assets into the VR environment.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to asset implementation and the art pipeline.

• Document asset creation workflows and best practices to support team collaboration and efficiency.

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in VR production, with a strong focus on Unity.

• Proficiency in Unity, 3D modeling, texturing, rendering, and animation.

• A diverse portfolio demonstrating completed Unity projects and versatility in artistic styles.

• Degree in Computer Science, Creative Media, or a related field.

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to address technical challenges creatively.

• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.

• Adaptability to learn new tools and techniques as industry standards evolve.

• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
