Assistant Project Manager / Project Coordinator (Fit Out)

Job Duties:

• To handle all project documentations and submissions
• To assist in project planning and co-ordination with sub-contractors and suppliers for timely implementation of works
• To manage and control production quality on fit-out site works
• To organize/ review/ approve shop drawings with the project team
• To perform ad hoc task as request

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 5-8 years solid experience in managing fitting out/ building/ A&A project
• Degree holder or Diploma in Project Management, Construction Management, Building Services or related disciplines
• Organized, responsible, self-motivated, detail oriented and strong common sense
• Good in AutoCAD is an advantage but not must
• Work in Office / on Site
• Excellent communication & coordination skills
• Proficient in both Chinese and English
