Assistant Purchasing clerk / Purchasing clerk (E&M)

Chit Tat Electrical Engineering Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Accel Group Holdings Limited (HK Listed Company No. 1283), has been based in Hong Kong over 30 years. Our major business is to provide high-quality electrical and mechanical engineering services throughout Hong Kong, including the supply and installation of air-conditioning system, drainage system, water supply, swimming pool and fountain system, power supply and control system as well as intelligent building engineering. To cope with our expansion, we are seeking high caliber, aggressive candidate to join us for the following post:

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for suppliers / contractors sourcing and vendor selection
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of vendor
• Handle quotation analysis, with solid and analytical skills, negotiation skills
• Procurement & order follow up function
• Monitor stock inventory and maintain an updated purchasing database and filing system
• Handle purchasing enquiries, incoming/outgoing correspondence from suppliers and internal parties
• Work closely with suppliers/factories for order follow up and delivery schedule
• Handle ad hoc projects assigned by manager

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Purchasing & Supply Management or Construction related discipline
• 1-2 years relevant working experience in construction and engineering industry or E&M Company
• Good computer skills (MS Office: Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and proficient in Chinese typing
• Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Able to work independently, manage time effectively and work under pressure
• Immediate available is preferred
• Candidate with less experience will be considered for Assistant Purchasing clerk / Purchasing clerk.
