Job Description

Responsibilities

Carry out measurement for the purpose of subletting, materials ordering, variation estimates and final accounts
Communicate and coordinate with internal and external parties regarding material issues
Participating in material quotations & procurement
Support Purchasing officer and sales executive for BQ evaluation
Prepare cost and variations estimates
Assist in material submission preparation work
Cashflow estimation and monitoring for the material schedule
Office based with monthly site visit to meet with Project Team

Requirements

High Diploma / Certificate in Building Studies / Quantity Surveying or equivalent
At least 1 years relevant working experience in building or construction projects
Experienced in taking-Off and tendering preferred
Willing to learn, well organized, self-motivated and attentive to details
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
Good interpersonal and good communication skills
Familiar in using MS Office (e.g. MS Excel, Words etc.)
