Assistant Quantity Surveyor (Ref: EMD-QS-2024-0184)

We are urgently seeking for a professional Quantity Surveyor to join our company.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in procurement and management of subcontractors
• Manage tendering, re-measurement, valuing variations, cost control, contract administration and dealing with sub-contractors' accounts
• Coordinate and communicate with internal or external stakeholders, including client, project teammates, sub-contractors, etc.

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil, Building or related disciplines.
• Minimum 2 years' of relevant working experience.
• Excellent problem solving, analytical and negotiation skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• A good team player and able to work independently.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
