Assistant Service Engineer/ Service Engineer

Position Objectives:

• Provide technical service support in system installation, operation training, corrective and preventive maintenance.
• Manage and resolve all data connectivity matters in laboratory middleware
• Gain customer satisfaction by deliver high quality services.
• Document all service records by using CRM system.
• Liaise with various functional co-workers to support customers.

Requirements:

• Certificate/Diploma/Degree holder in electronic engineering or related subjects.
• Proficient in Microsoft Window Server and computer interface are an advantage.
• Good writing skill in English and Chinese. Understanding of Mandarin is a plus.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with customers
• 2 years working experience in service industry is preferred.
• Fresh graduate shall be considered in the position of Assistant Service Engineer
