Job Description
Responsibilities:
-To lead the team to achieve brand’s objectives and targets in terms of sales, profitability and service standard
-Establish and maintain the highest standard of store environment and customer service
-Conduct staff coaching, in-store training and daily operation
-Ensure the store image constantly complies with company guidelines
-Prepare rosters, sales and retail related reports
Requirements:
-F.5 or Diploma holder streams
-At least 3 years or above food & beverage, retail operation and management experience
-Good presentation and communication skills
-Good command of written & spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
-Hardworking and strong team spirit
