Job Description
Job Duties:
- Assist Head Sommelier for the efficient and beverage cost effective functioning of the restaurant
- Update the wine list and monitor the inventory of wine cellar
- Make recommendations on food and wine pairings to guests
- Serve all wine orders and provide excellent dining experience to guests in a professional manner
Requirements:
- Passionate with solid and strong wine knowledge
- Minimum 2 years wine services experience in fine dining restaurant
- Excellent communication to understand and respond to guests' needs & requirements
- Holder of WSET Level 1 or above is preferred
