Assistant Supervisor / Air Freight Forwarding (Procurement & Consolidations)
Job Highlight
Job Description
Daily works include, but not limited to:
- Evaluate space requirements and efficiently allocate cargoes to meet customer demands;
- Strive for optimal cargo utilization within each container;
- Engage in negotiations with airlines and co-loaders to establish mutually beneficial agreements;
- Assist in the preparation and execution of projects shipments and handle ad hoc projects as directed by management.
Requirements:
- Degree holder in related discipline;
- At least 3 years working experience in Freight Forwarding industry;
- Strong proficiency in numerical calculations, with a keen eye for numbers and figures;
- Expertise in utilizing MS Excel and in-house system for data analysis and processing;
- Excellent communication skills and adept problem-solving abilities.
- Availability to work on Saturdays & public holidays on alternate basis;
