Assistant System Engineer (Welcome Fresh graduates)

Responsibilities:

• Work with deployment team to provide installation, break/fix on Server, Switch and Computer Storage products at customer site.

• Prepare Technical Documentation and Reports.

• Develop technical skill and product knowledge to deliver technical tasks to customer.

• Conduct User Acceptance Tests and Trainings.

• Provide first line helpdesk support on IT-related issues.

Requirements:

• Associate Degree or Higher Diploma in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related disciplines.

• Welcome Fresh graduates.

• Strong problem solving skills

• Have good interpersonal and communication skills.

• Able to Work independently.

• On-the-job training will be provided.

• Willing to work outside office hours for urgent supports.
