Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist Training Manager to formulate and develop training strategies;
- Develop and manage training curriculum and training cycle;
- Supervise and monitor the team’s performance;
- Responsible to formulate and execute training plan;
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines;
- Minimum 3 years of solid experience in training and people development in retail industry;
- Experience in managing mystery shopper program will be an advantage;
- Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills;
- Proficiency in using MS Office applications including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Chinese Word Processing.
