Assistant Training Manager / Senior Training Officer

About The Role
You will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive training programs for our sales executives to ensure exceptional customer service and product knowledge. You will work closely with Senior Training Manager to design and implement training curricula, lead interactive training sessions & monitor performance of our sales teams.

• Assist the Senior Training Manager in creating and updating comprehensive training programs for sales executives covering sales technique & customer service;
• Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions to ensure sales teams are well-equipped to provide exceptional customer experiences;
• Monitor the performance of sales executives and identify areas for improvement, providing constructive feedback through coaching;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather feedback, identify training needs and align training content with the company’s strategic objectives;
• Maintain training materials documentation, resources and materials to ensure consistency and accessibility;
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of service by analyzing Mystery Shopper Program result & feedback, tracking metrics and recommending enhancements.

What Talent Are We Looking For? 

• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Psychology, Marketing or related disciplines;
• 3-5 years of solid experience in a training or people development role, preferably within the luxury retail or consumer goods industry;
• Excellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate adult learners;
• Exceptional numerical and data analyzing skills, create visually compelling reports, chart and visualizations to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders;
• Proficiency in using MS Office applications including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Chinese Word Processing;
• Candidate with less experiences will be considered as Senior Training Officer.
