Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain department-wide initiatives and programmes 
  • Foster maintenance and modernization quality assurance
  • Conduct operational assessment/audit and set standards if needed to achieve corporate business goals
  • Conduct corresponding training sessions regarding maintenance and modernization quality
  • Conduct training need analysis to identify wanted skills in mechanics and knowledge gaps together with field key stakeholders
  • Coordinate apprentice and mechanic training program, examination and promotion
  • Play an important role in Apprentice Program including training plan, job rotations and On-Job-Training as well as maintaining training records

Requirements:

  • Sub-degree/  Degree holder in Engineering related disciplines will be an advantage
  • Knowledge of contemporary training mechanism will be an advantage
  • Good presentation and inter-personal skills
  • Open minded and fast learner
  • Passionate in nurturing trainees with patience care, identify the academic strengths, maturity, needs and career aspiration
  • Proficient in PowerPoint, MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
  • Proficient in video/animation production is a plus (Adobe Premier Pro/ iMovie)
  • Excellent command of English and Cantonese – written and spoken
  • Minimum 2 years of work experience
