Assistant Visual Merchandising & Graphic Design Manager

Responsibilities:

• Manage and conduct research briefings with working schedule to various external design agencies to develop thematic and seasonal campaigns; 
• Work closely with other internal teams members to plan and design promotion materials, and determine the required schedule;
• Liaise with different brands on VM proposals, design development, technical issues and installation to meet the launching schedule;
• Ensure the brands’ graphic design and visual merchandising guidelines are well-applied;
• Assist the space planning & set-up of shop openings/ renovation/ trunk shows/ events;
• Handle a wide range of graphic layouts such as promotional materials, sales tools, social media graphics and mall advertisements;
• Coordinate and execute all the videos or animation, on social media platforms, and website;
• Responsible for gift design and proposal;
• Support photo shooting and video taking of shop opening and events;
• Follow up with vendors and printers to control the output production; 
• Manage external contractors to ensure the quality, safe installation and compliance with all regulations and guidelines in a cost-effective way;  
• Conduct regular shop visits to maintain a good standard of VM presentation;
• Perform other ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned.

Requirements: 

• Higher diploma or above in Design, Visual Merchandising, Graphic Design or relevant discipline;
• Minimum 5 years or above related working experience in visual merchandising with production, and graphic design, preferably in the fashion retail industry;
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, able to interact with people;
• Well organized, multi-task and self-motivated with a positive attitude;
• Have passion in luxury fashion retail and good team player with open-minded, willing to learn;
• Attention to detail, strong analytical mind with prioritization skill;
• Proficient in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere;
• Strong in animation, video editing and photo shooting is an advantage;
• Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
