Job Description
Job Description (Top 5):
- Answer and respond to calls, emails, service portal, online chat / omnichannel(s) to end users and VIPs;
- Be responsible for actively monitoring ticket queue and all assigned tickets, ensure accurate logging, categorization, prioritization, initial diagnosis, routing, functional escalation, and data integrity of all applicable incidents and requests in ticketing tools;
- Log all incidents/interactions into ticketing system;
- Identify and Escalate problem required urgent attention;
- Meet established Service Level Agreements (SLAs) guidelines;.
Job Requirement (Top 5):
- Studying Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / Engineering / Business.
- Basic knowledge in operating systems such as Windows (10, 11), MacOS and IOS and other common OA desktop applications (MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, etc.)
- May hold entry-level certification(s) in work field.
- Self-motivated and the ability to work under pressure
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work under time constraints
- Good verbal/written communication in both English and Cantonese
Location:Kowloon Bay / Taikoo
Working hour:08:45 – 17:45 (Mon – Fri). At least 3 days a week.
