Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate and execute marketing strategies and initiatives to achieve brand objectives
- Develop key performance indicators to track implementation, customer and business metrics
- Manage and analyze the A&P budget expenditures for strategic brand plans
- Manage and communicate with principals effectively to deliver agreed KPIs
- Organize sales team communication meetings for brand direction and activities
- Provide updated product training and create innovative promotional materials for sales team
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Biochemistry or Medical related disciplines
- At least 5 years of marketing experience for ethical channels
- Solid experience in client/principal management
- Creative mind set and strategic thinking
- Team player capable of adapting to ambiguous environments with cross-group collaboration
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese)
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Associate Product Manager
Location
We have multiple work locations in Hong Kong, this position will be based in our Quarry Bay office.
