BIM Manager

Role accountabilities:

• Report to the BIM Supervisor and collaborate with the on-site project team.
• Apply BIM protocols and procedures as outlined in the BIM Execution Plan.
• Track the overall progress of BIM model development for projects.
• Participate in and support project coordination sessions.
• Coordinate with consulting teams to resolve issues.
• Create BIM models following engineers’ guidelines.
• Oversee the project timeline and ensure quality for BIM initiatives.
• Deliver BIM outputs to clients.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Advanced Diploma or higher in Civil, Building Services, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5-8 years of experience working with BIM software.
• Proficient in using Revit, Civil3D/MicroStation, AutoCAD, and Navisworks for drawing and model coordination.
• Experience with Recap, Fuzor, programming, or other relevant BIM software is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal skills in English and Chinese.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Holding CCBC/CCBM or other recognized BIM professional certifications is preferred.
