Job Description:

• Assist in delivering model & drawing production in line with project BIM requirements and in conjunction with company BIM standards;
• Assist in production of accurate coordinated 3D BIM models from/to Design Engineers mark-ups and schematic design for construction delivery;
• Working with BIM Engineers & designers;
• Assist in production of working MEP BIM models and associated 2D drawings in Revit environment;
• Contribute in project meetings and liaise with stakeholders, including clients and contractors.

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma in Architectural Studies, Engineering, Construction, Science, Design for Manufacturing or related discipline with 3 years BIM experience;
• Good command in spoken and written Cantonese, English & Mandarin.
• Outgoing and energetic
• Willing to learn
