Roles and Responsibilities –
- By reporting to the Managing Director in the region, this key position is to lead the team, deliver the effective brand campaigns, manage the brand operational execution with excellence in China
- Be responsible for the overall profitability and performances of the brand with progressive business and brand development in the country
- Handle the creation of the annual brand business plan, determining brand objectives and full breakdown of activities
Budget control: Responsibility for tracking the responsible cost centers with monthly phasing and annual budget delivery - Ensure the effective and quality Media and PR strategy planning as well as implementation
- Devise the excellent digital campaigns by working with the regional counterparts and headquarters to amplify the China programs across online channels
- Drive and facilitate the efforts of agencies, clients / business partners and the sales team in the application of the marketing plan.
- By aligning the brand development and the needs of the team, the role is to drive the training initiatives and ensure the people development of different teams.
Requirements and Job Qualifications –
- Tertiary education or above; business administration, marketing management, commercial and finance discipline is preferable
- Minimum 12 years’ experience with at least 5 years experiences in brand management in China; great exposure in watches and accessories industry is definitely advantageous
- Fluent in both of written and verbal Mandarin and English is a MUST
- Strong team leader with business acumen, effective influencing and communication skills;
- Presentable, pro-active and detail-minded with excellent analytical consideration
