Job Description

Job Descriptions:

  • Responsible for new Brand/ Products launches in HK/ China markets including brand building and marketing strategic plans to enhance brand awareness and business outcomes.
  • Identify, formulate and organize new brand activation and promotion campaigns (ATL / BTL) from conception to implementation.
  • Work closely with internal teams and external parties for designing new product launch campaigns and sales programs.
  • Initiate and prepare market research, analysis reports and business effectiveness evaluation, etc.
  • Manage and monitor the new brand performance and A&P spend against the target budgets.
  • Occasional travel PRC is required.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Marketing or related discipline.
  • At least 4-year experience in brand marketing in FMCG / Health Food/ Personal Care industries is preferable.
  • Strong business sense with strategic thinking and analytical mind.
  • Strong brand management skill, analytical skill and problem-solving skill.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Fluency in written and spoken Chinese and English.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese wording processing.
