Building Services Engineer

Responsibilities:
• Co-ordinate and liaise with consultants, contractors and suppliers for execution of the building services work

• Monitor the work schedule, progress and quality control of the projects

• To attend design meetings, site meetings / inspections and all other meetings of relevant projects

• Vetting drawings, method statements, risk assessment report and materials submission from contractors/supplier, payment submissions.

• Secondment to client’s office (a leading utility company in Hong Kong)

Requirements:
• Degree or above in Building Services, Electrical and Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
• 3 years’ working experience in building services design.
• Familiar with design guidelines, standards, code of practice, statutory regulation, submission and approval procedures to utilities and relevant authorities.
• Knowledge of building services installation. 
• Be adaptable and able to work independently coupled with strong interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Good communication skills
