Building Services Engineer**

Responsibilities:

•     Prepare quotations and tendering documents after reviewing customers' requirement.

•     Responsible for organizing BS / E&M quotation matters and coordinating with relevant

parties including property management customs, sub-contractor and related parties.

•     To supervise and co-ordinate the installation, testing, maintenance & repairing of water plumber

and plumbing and building services and E&M services.

•     Follow up projects & build strong relationships with existing customers & new prospects.

Requirements :

• At least 2 years' relevant working experience in in Property Management or B.S. Engineering experience ;
• Diploma or above in Building Services Engineering or equivalent ;
• Proficient in computer applications, e.g. MS Word and MS Excel;
• Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
