We are seeking to recruit dynamic and highly motivated individuals to join us for our large-scale workplace projects in Hong Kong. You will be responsible for:

• Project Coordination and execution, such as design, procurement, project planning, and monitoring installation work
• Liaise with clients, subcontractors and factories to carry out fitting out works following prescribed specifications
• Monitor the project to ensure that it will be completed to the required quality standard and on schedule
• Measure and value sub-contracts and assist in agreement of sub-contract interim/final accounts;
• Review documentation and identify value variations, subcontract payments and preparation of sub-contract liabilities;
• Conducted cost analysis, budgeting control, measurement, and collation of records at our construction sites.

Skills & Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above in Building Services or related disciplines
• 8 years of site management experience in workplace fitting out contractors or design and building contractors
• Less working experience will be considered
• Knowledge in AutoCAD
• Outgoing personality, detail-oriented with good time management and problem-solving skills
• Proactive, self-motivated, responsible, attentive to details and able to work under pressure
• Work independently and a good team player
• Willing to work on shifting schedules and public holidays.
• 6 working days a week
