SO, WHAT'S THE STORY?
As a member of the APAC IT team, you will play a crucial role in driving technology and process efficiency improvements aligned with the Business Strategy. This position focuses on supporting end-users and managing Business as Usual (BAU) operations while spearheading continuous improvement initiatives for both business processes and systems.
You will oversee the enhancement of enterprise applications, from gathering and defining business and system requirements to user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and implementation. This role requires effective collaboration with high-level stakeholders in a dynamic, business-critical environment.
THE GIG
• Business Application Support: Provide daily business applications support
• Business Analysis: Understand & evaluation business user requirements and recommend appropriate business solutions
• Project Management Support: Take part & support in the IT project lifecycle including requirement gathering, system and data analysis, coordinate user acceptance testing, go-live and documentation
• Process Improvement: Understand business current practice, recommend improvement resolution & facilitate process improvement
• Regularly liaise with business stakeholders on the continuous improvement roadmap
• Provide 2nd line support for day to day BAU issues
THE STUFF THAT SETS YOU APART
• Diploma/Degree in Information Technology or related discipline
• Experienced in any programming languages is a plus
• Effective communicator and strong negotiation skills, able to work with different internal and external stakeholders, able to work under pressure
• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, requirement analysis or IT project management
• 5+ years working experience Microsoft D365 - Finance Operation Module
• Problem solving skills with logical, analytical and open mind
• Good team player
• Self motivated
• Good communication skill in speaking of Cantonese, English and Mandain
