We are currently working with a leading Financial group in Hong Kong and is seeking multiple BA/PM to join our team.

The Role

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst/Project Manager with a strong consulting background. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Big 4 firms. This role involves a blend of business analysis and project management responsibilities, requiring a deep understanding of business processes, strategic planning, and efficient project execution.

Your Profile

Business Analysis:

• Work closely with stakeholders to understand and document business requirements.
• Analyze business processes and recommend improvements to increase operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement business solutions.

Project Management:

• Lead and manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget constraints.
• Develop detailed project plans, monitor progress, and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
• Communicate project status to stakeholders and escalate issues as needed.

Consulting:

• Leverage your consulting skills to provide strategic advice and practical solutions that align with business objectives.
• Facilitate change management efforts, assisting teams in the adoption of new processes and systems.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst and/or Project Manager.
• Strong consulting background, preferably with experience working in Big 4 firms.
• Excellent understanding of business operations and processes.
• Proficient in project management methodologies and tools.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field; MBA or relevant certification is a plus.
