Business Analyst

About the Role

As Eats365 expands its business in Hong Kong and in new international markets, we’re looking for a results-driven individual to help us steer the development of our products to encourage business growth.

What exactly does this mean?

The right candidate will be responsible for shaping the future direction of how we develop our products by assisting us with product research. You will take an active interest in the latest must-have features that restaurants in various regions rely on, as well as scout the competition and ensure we are implementing features that keep us competitive.

You will also work with internal teams and our external partners to understand the current benefits our products offer and how we can build an even stronger position in the market.

Based on your findings, you will work closely with our Tech Team to propose new features and requirements that can help to make our product offerings more robust. You will also help with planning a product roadmap that takes into account your findings and recommendations.

As your new ideas are implemented, you will play an active role in helping to ensure new features are well-designed, of high quality, and align with business requirements and the product roadmap.

Finally, you will also develop a keen knowledge of our products so you can recommend the best Eats365 business/technical solutions to users and partners.

What You’ll Do:

• Work closely with stakeholders (internal teams, partners, and customers) to gather, analyze, and document business requirements
• Collaborate with the Tech Team to refine and translate business needs into product features and specifications
• Assist in the planning and prioritization of the product roadmap
• Ensure application systems are delivered effectively and provide support on project implementation
• Continuously monitor and assess the effectiveness of new features and provide feedback for further improvement

What You’ll Need:

• A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent disciplines
• Minimum 1 years' experience in technology field as a Business Analyst (Candidates with less experience will be considered for Associate Business Analyst)
• Experience in analysis, design, and documentation of business, operating, and management models
• Knowledge of Agile software development methodologies and/or experience with Asana, Confluence, or Figma is a plus
• Independent, flexible, with good organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to establish good working relationships with stakeholders
• Work experience in e-Commerce, F&B, and cloud applications is an advantage
• Fluent in verbal and written English and Chinese
