Key Responsibilities:

Market Data Management and Intelligence Utilization

• Maintain and manage market and internal databases.
• Gather and translate market insights into actionable strategies to boost business performance.
• Provide detailed updates on key projects, tracking progress and identifying areas for improvement.
• Use data visualization tools to support insights and analysis.

Market Positioning, Customer Targeting, and Business Analysis

• Evaluate business potential through market, funding, and tender research.
• Analyze market and industry features to understand strengths and weaknesses.
• Research market trends and customer needs to inform business strategies.
• Identify potential customers eligible for funding and develop specific tactics to engage them.
• Contribute to the development of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Strategic Plan (STRAP).

Cross-Division Initiatives

• Engage with customers to better understand their needs and improve cross-selling opportunities.
• Promote a total solution mindset to enhance cross-selling efforts.
• Assess market potential for new products.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in a multinational company.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong business acumen and data-driven analytical skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, open-minded, and hands-on approach.
• Proficient in Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint.
