Key Responsibilities:
Market Data Management and Intelligence Utilization
- Maintain and manage market and internal databases.
- Gather and translate market insights into actionable strategies to boost business performance.
- Provide detailed updates on key projects, tracking progress and identifying areas for improvement.
- Use data visualization tools to support insights and analysis.
Market Positioning, Customer Targeting, and Business Analysis
- Evaluate business potential through market, funding, and tender research.
- Analyze market and industry features to understand strengths and weaknesses.
- Research market trends and customer needs to inform business strategies.
- Identify potential customers eligible for funding and develop specific tactics to engage them.
- Contribute to the development of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Strategic Plan (STRAP).
Cross-Division Initiatives
- Engage with customers to better understand their needs and improve cross-selling opportunities.
- Promote a total solution mindset to enhance cross-selling efforts.
- Assess market potential for new products.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in a multinational company.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Strong business acumen and data-driven analytical skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, open-minded, and hands-on approach.
- Proficient in Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint.
