Business Analyst / Process Management Team (WFH Policy)

Responsibilities :
 

• Design and refine operational workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
• Coordinate with technical teams to modify and improve the system as needed to support operational efficiency
• Utilize advanced analytical methods and visualization techniques to collect and consolidate data, transforming it into meaningful information
• Generate actionable insights that support decision-making and drive strategic initiatives
• Assist in preparing and organizing project documentation to ensure clarity, accuracy, and compliance with project requirements

Requirements:-
 

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a relevant business or technical subject is essential.  (E.g. Logistics, Project Management, IT, Industrial Eng.);
• Proficiency in MS Office Application such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of Power BI, MS SQL and ETL tools is a plus
• Minimum 2 years’ working experience ;
• Solid experience and in-depth knowledge in logistics/freight forwarding industry is a great advantage;
• Experience of project management is a great advantage
• Excellent communication, presentation, problem-solving, and organizational skills;
• Business-minded, performance-driven, detail- & results-oriented;
• Eager to learn and adaptable to new business changes
• Fluent in spoken and written English;
• Immediately available preferred.
