Job Description
Responsibilities:
- To support the team in project/ new service execution and other initiatives
- To conduct project analysis and compile reports
- To coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for project execution
- To coordinate executive’s calendar including schedule appointments, meetings and travel arrangements
- To handle ac hoc projects as assigned
Requirements:
- University graduate in Business or related disciplines
- A minimum of 2 years’ working experience
- Work experience in business administration/facility contracting & management is preferred
- Work exposure in healthcare industry will be an added benefit
- Fresh graduate will also be considered
- Strong business/financial acumen and communication skills
- Excellent planning and analytical skills
- Team player, good interpersonal and presentation skills
- Excellent command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Proficiency in PC (e.g. EXCEL/ pivot table/ Gantt Chart)
- Working Location: Sheung Wan
